Types of fees
Basic Daily Fee
This fee covers you day to day living costs such as meal, cleaning and laundry. It is currently 85% of the pension. Payment is required one month in advance and can be made by direct debit or via centrepay.
Means Tested Care Fee
This fee contributes to your day to day costs. The Department of Human Services will determine whether we will ask you to pay this fee. If so, payment is required one month in advance via direct debit.
This fee covers your accommodation – the room that you will live in in our care home. Again, the Department of Human Services will determine whether we will ask you to pay this fee.
Cost of Rooms
We have a range of rooms to suit all of our residents, each with different pricing scale, including fully concessional clients.
Refundable Accomodation Deposits (RAD) range from:
Carrum Downs Nursing Home rooms from 360,000 to 460,000
Frankston Nursing Home rooms from 450,000 to 550,000
- Private rooms with ensuites
- Shared rooms with shared bathrooms
- We are one of the few homes that have couple room with ensuite
